On January 8, the review meeting of the outline of the results of the National Key Research and Development Program "Science and Technology for Winter Olympics" was held at the School of Architecture and Design of the University. Five experts from our university, Beijing University of Architecture and Beijing University of Technology served as judges. Members of our research team attended the results presentation on site, while team members from Chongqing University and Tianjin University attended the meeting online. The meeting was chaired by Professor Sun Wei from the School of Architecture and Design, the subject leader.

During the meeting, Director Hou Xiaohui of the Vertical Project Management Office of the Institute of Science and Technology delivered a speech, explaining the background, significance and evaluation requirements of the National Key R&D Program, emphasizing that, in combination with the characteristics of the National Key R&D Program "Science and Technology for Winter Olympics", we should focus on the implementation progress and quality of the project, taking into account the technical solutions and the timeliness of the application demonstration. At the same time, he said that the research institute, as the project management service department, will continue to provide proper support and services to the project team.

Prof. Sun Wei reported the key technical issues and advancement of the project. Associate Professor Zeng Zhongzhong from School of Architecture and Design made a report on the outline of the evaluation of the results of "Research on the spatial visual design technology of Jing-Zhang high-speed railway station", and teacher Xue Peng from School of Architecture and Design made a report on the evaluation of the results of "Research on the key technology of Jing-Zhang high-speed railway cultural database based on Chinese cultural connotation". The outline report was presented.

The experts listened carefully to the report and fully evaluated the scientificity of the research results and the importance of helping the "Humanistic Winter Olympics" to run the competition.

Zhang Ye, vice dean of the College of Architecture and Design, spoke online and expressed his full affirmation of the positive role played by Professor Sun Wei's team in promoting the development of the College's disciplines and team training, as well as the work achievements of the team, and the College will actively implement the University's scientific research management policies and methods to give effective support to the team.
