On December 12th, the studio of "Art Travel Voice" held a healing activity with the theme of "Painting Dreams with Heart and Leaving Fragrance in Years", which was attended by 15 undergraduate students and 2 international students from the whole school.

      Paint dreams with your heart, leave fragrance with years, and outline the appearance of dreams with the brush in your hand. At the beginning of the activity, four peer tutors led the students to carry out ice-breaking activities-you draw and I guess. Each student used simple lines or patterns to depict a dream element representing himself. The students guessed each other's dreams, got familiar with each other and had fun.

      After the ice breaking, everyone picked up the brush, boldly blended the colors, relaxed and created with their hearts. Telling their dreams or dreams with a paintbrush, the tutors patiently guide the students to explore their inner true thoughts, and at the same time guide color mixing methods and composition skills, so that everyone's dreams can be presented more beautifully. After the creation, the students showed their works and shared their dreams and dreams, including starry sky, Yuan Ye, virtual pictures, etc. Each unique picture tells their feelings and thoughts.

      In this wonderful journey where art and soul are intertwined, through the free waving of brushes and colors, students not only released their inner feelings, but also learned how to use art as a tool for self-expression and psychological adjustment. Each work is a delicate expression of dreams and a brave exploration of self-cognition and emotional healing, so that every student can find spiritual comfort and growth power in the joy of creation.
